Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards to store leadership.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations following site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in required reports and communicate information to site leadership.
