Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a full-time security officer in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. You will provide customer service, enforce site policies, and respond to incidents while performing regular unarmed patrols across production areas and entrances to safeguard people and property.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, following site procedures, and maintaining a safe environment. Minimum requirements include 18+ for unarmed roles, a high school diploma, and background/drug

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site requirements.
