Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access-control systems and verify credentials, managing visitor entry and keeping records of access activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and maintain a welcoming environment while deterring unauthorized access.
