Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is hiring for a General Labor - Seafood position in Windsor, WI. This full-time role supports the seafood operations team with cleaning, sanitation, and setup tasks in a fast-paced facility.

The third shift runs from 10pm to 7am. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate in English or Spanish. Prior food processing cleaning experience is preferred, with a strong team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• One year of cleaning in a food processing environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• English or Spanish verbal communication skills.
• Any combination of the above criteria will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute daily workload safely, accurately, on-time.
• Actively offer feedback and suggestions for improvement to the Production Supervisor.
• Embrace and understand the data driven approach utilized in the production room.
• Be a daily supporter of Fortune’s mission/vision/values.
• Maintains cleanliness of production area and equipment.
• Follows company policies to ensure food safety and quality. Works to maintain and improve the sanitation process at Fortune.
• Adheres to all established GMP procedures and guidelines during the execution of the job.
• Will use appropriate cleaning solutions during the sanitation process
• Maintains accurate records of cleaned areas in accordance with SOP.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Fortune Team Members.
