Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Utility Team Member to support multiple departments and keep our facility running smoothly. The role offers a Monday-Thursday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and involves meat production, sanitation, and warehouse tasks.

You will help with production tasks, food safety, cleanliness, and warehouse activities while collaborating with several teams to hit production goals.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and support multiple departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Previous production, sanitation, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within our Meat Production department.
• Assist with product handling, preparation, and general production tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including material movement and organization as needed.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to help achieve production and operational goals.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
