Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cold storage: organize, stock, and rotate seafood inventory.
• Sanitation per GMP: clean surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Handle product: unpack, sort by grade/size, pack for shipping.
• Perform quality checks for defects or foreign material.
• Document cleaning areas and production metrics per SOP.
