Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH is seeking a Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join the Float Pool team. You will perform centralized scheduling tasks, maintain patient records, and provide advanced clerical support, coordinating staffing needs with care units to minimize premium labor usage.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Business, 1-2 years clerical experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business is required.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel is essential.
• Strong analytical and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Allocates supplemental staffing resources and communicates allocations to managers.
• Coordinates with supervisor/manager and nursing managers to reduce vacancies 24 hours before shifts.
• Maintains agency staff records in compliance with regulators.
• Develops schedules for staff including RNs.
• Coordinates global staffing needs for acute care services.
