Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in production or manufacturing.
• Ability to work safely in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and SDS.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment and production areas according to regulations and company standards.
• Execute cleaning activities per the Master Sanitation Schedule and maintain housekeeping.
• Operate sanitation equipment like power washers and floor scrubbers safely.
• Handle materials, assist with allergen control and food safety initiatives.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, and safety policies; wear PPE as required.
• Maintain sanitation records and assist with SOP updates.
