Lyons Magnus, LLC is seeking a Responsible, self-motivated Critical Cleaning Technician to support sanitation on the first shift in Fresno, CA. The role requires CIP cleaning knowledge and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and management.

The position pays $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with hours 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Tuesday through Sunday, in a manufacturing environment. Prior HACCP/allergen knowledge is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment cleaning per CIP procedures.
• Clean plant area and maintain housekeeping per schedule.
• Disassembles/reassembles filters and processing equipment.
• Handles chemicals and records concentrations.
• Looks for allergen absence and ensures clean equipment.
• Adheres to safety procedures and uses PPE as required.
• Overtime and weekends may be required.
