Job summary

LiDestri Food and Drink is seeking a Sanitation CIP I worker for the third shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.) in Fresno, CA. The role focuses on cleaning equipment safely according to the production schedule and health/sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• LO/TO, HACCP, HECP and chemical training required.
• Ability to wear PPE (bump cap, hair net, etc.).
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Previous sanitation/cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning circuits and setup per production schedule.
• Maintain and monitor chemical levels and equipment.
• Clean drains, traps, and fittings as scheduled.
• Perform cleaning with caustic and other chemicals; assist with changeovers.
• Report safety or quality concerns to supervision.
