Job summary

Jack Link's Sanitation Team is seeking dedicated individuals for the Night shift (Mon-Thu, 7:30pm-6am) to maintain clean, safe production facilities across our meat snack plant.

Responsibilities include sanitizing equipment, following GMPs, HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPs, with emphasis on safety and quality. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and cleaning/chemical sanitation experience. Competitive benefits accompany the hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed, written and verbal instructions.
• Able to understand and follow Chemical & Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures and policies.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Clean facilities and equipment in proper sequence to support pre-op start-up.
• Apply chemicals for cleaning, degreasing and sanitizing.
• Perform hot and cold water wash downs for equipment, floors and walls.
• Clean equipment parts, overheads, units, pipes and lights; maintain sanitation.
• Follow daily sanitation schedule and complete Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Assist with re-assembly of machines for start-up and improvements to processes.
