Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin is seeking a sanitation worker for a rotational night shift (9:30 pm – 6:00 am). You will clean facilities and equipment, apply cleaning chemicals, and perform wash downs to ensure a ready plant for production. Safety procedures and GMP/HACCP guidelines are required.

A HS diploma or GED is preferred, with prior sanitation experience beneficial. The role offers a competitive hourly pay range, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and paid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Cleaning or chemical sanitation experience/training preferred.
• Able to organize and prioritize in a multi-tasking environment.
• Follow Chemical Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures and policies after training.

Responsibilities

• Clean facilities and equipment in proper sequence and on schedule.
• Apply chemicals for cleaning, degreasing and sanitizing.
• Perform hot and cold water wash downs for equipment, floors and walls.
• Clean equipment parts, overheads, units, pipes and lights.
• Follow daily sanitation schedule and complete Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Assist with re-assembly of machines for start-up.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP training, SOPs and SSOPs.
• Suggest improvements to improve support activities.
