Qualifications

• At least 6 months of sanitation or custodial experience.
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs.
• Comfortable walking and standing through the shift.
• Know basic cleaning supplies and safety practices.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Clean tanks, totes, pots, sifters, and filling equipment; operate COP tank.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and training documentation.
• Keep production records and report information daily.
• Perform sanitation duties and housekeeping; handle chemicals and food products.
• Maintain equipment and report breakdowns; resolve basic issues.
• Complete weekly master sanitation tasks for the facility.
• Assist with blending, emulsions, and basic packaging tasks.
