Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a full-time production worker for a 3rd shift (10:30 pm – 7:00 am) at our manufacturing facility. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, following GMPs and OSHA rules, and working in a team to meet sanitation schedules. PPE is required, and background checks and drug screens may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
• Perform basic math, communicate well with others, and understand simple instructions/training materials/product labeling.
• Understand facility cleaning and safety procedures and comply with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Comply with GMPs for a food plant and all regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts.
• PPE required: bump cap, safety glasses, face shield, ear plugs, nets, gloves, boots.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean and sanitize equipment and facilities.
• Carry out cleaning and sanitation directions and procedures.
• Work in a team environment and take direction from others.
• Work around hot, cold, wet, dry, and noisy environments.
• Operate COP tank cleaning equipment and assist with equipment disassembly/reassembly as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line.
• Document chemical use and concentrations, ensuring proper application.
• Verify that cleaning is complete and passes micro indicator tests.
