Job summary

Ecowize USA is seeking a Sanitation Technician to join our team in the United States. You will clean and sanitize food production facilities, using specialized equipment and chemicals to meet USDA/FDA and customer standards.

You will work on third shift, weekends, and holidays, reporting to the Site Manager, with a focus on safety and efficiency. We offer training, opportunities for overtime, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• No prior sanitation experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Overnight shifts, weekends and holidays availability is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, walls, and work areas.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow usage guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and areas for pre-op readiness.
• Follow safety protocols including Lock Out/Tag Out, PPE and hazcom.
• Complete sanitation tasks within established timelines.
• Maintain open communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
