Job summary

Ecowize is seeking a Sanitation Technician to join our frontline food-safety team in our US facilities. You’ll clean and sanitize production areas, operate cleaning equipment, and help prepare lines for pre-op inspections while following all safety protocols.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. We provide training, competitive hourly pay, and benefits as part of a path to long-term growth within Ecowize.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused with strong teamwork and reliability.
• No prior sanitation experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, walls, and work areas.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow usage guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and areas for pre-op readiness.
• Follow safety protocols including Lock Out/Tag Out and PPE.
• Work efficiently to complete sanitation tasks within timelines.
• Maintain open communication with teammates and supervisors.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
