Job summary

Sargento in Wisconsin is seeking a punctual, safety-minded production operator for a 2/2/3 night shift (6:00pm-6:00am). You will handle packaging, labeling, and line-side tasks in a refrigerated cheese facility, ensuring GMP and safety standards are met while supporting continuous production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSED required or expected completion within 12 months.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows GMPs and safety regulations including PPE.
• Reads production orders to verify product information.
• Verifies materials and supplies are available for line production.
• Completes paperwork and data entry for quality and production checks.
• Inspects raw product and equipment for GMP compliance.
• Operates and maintains packing equipment and conveyors.
• Loads and stacks finished packages onto pallets per patterns.
• Trains others as assigned.
• Performs sanitation duties as needed on shift.
