Job summary

J&J Snack Foods is seeking a Sanitation Manager to lead the sanitation program for the facility, ensure safety and food safety initiatives, and manage a small hourly crew. You will drive cost control through supply management and uphold company policies to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory and data interpretation, applying sanitation formulas, maintaining the master sanitation schedule, and ensuring SQF and SSOP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years in sanitation.
• Understanding of basic sanitation operations, chemical safety, inventory management, and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities
