Johnsonville Sausage, LLC is seeking an Equipment Sanitation Technician / Assistant Team Lead at Meadowside to lead a sanitation crew, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across the facility. You will train, motivate, and develop team members while driving improvements and maintaining readiness for production shifts.

The role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with night hours and a shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sanitation team in safety, quality and performance.
• Coordinate training and development for team members.

• Document performance results and conduct team meetings.
• Communicate information clearly to team members.
