Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of safety, USDA, HACCP regulatory frameworks.
• Solid understanding of sanitation and sanitary design principles.
• Strong communication and listening skills; able to problem-solve.
• Ability to lead by example and drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to consistently deliver strong performance.
• Model Johnsonville values and best practices in daily work.
• Plan and execute actions around safety, quality, people and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate training needs and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Initiate process improvements and manage resources efficiently.
• Champion Safety and lead PRIDE meetings within the team.
• Manage and maintain sanitation inventory; coordinate with suppliers.
• Monitor sanitation metrics and address any deviations with corrective actions.
• Support USDA inspection readiness and daily sanitation activities.
• Participate in open-position selections and master sanitation scheduling.
• Engage in sanitary design efforts and cross-shift collaboration.
