Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather sanitation data and nightly log information from staff and supervisors.
• Enter pre-operational results, track pass rates, deficiencies, corrective actions and disposition.
• Maintain electronic and paper sanitation records (SSOPs, schedules, checks, sign-offs).
• Review submissions for completeness, follow up on missing fields and errors.
• Update dashboards and reports; identify trends and present summaries to leadership.
