Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Sanitation Coordinator to assist the QA Sanitation Supervisor in developing, administering and maintaining Food Safety and Quality programs. The role supports the production of high-quality, safe products, with a schedule including nights and weekends.

You will need strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and related food safety standards, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure compliance and proper sanitation practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of food processing and sanitation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily sanitation tasks and coordinate cleaning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and sanitation SOPs.
• Train and supervise sanitation personnel and review third‑party records.
• Conduct sanitation audits and document results for audits.
