HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Forensic Nurse Examiners team for the night shift (3 p.m. to 6 a.m. on call). The role emphasizes high‑quality patient care, stroke assessment, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

You will apply evidence‑based nursing practice, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families while supporting a culture of safe, compassionate care across the greater Phoenix area.

Aufgaben

• Possess knowledge of how to collect health data in a systematic and ongoing manner, prioritizing data collection as determined by the patient’s immediate condition or needs.
• Analyzes the assessment data to develop, implement, evaluate and revise an appropriate patient plan of care that is family centered.
• Implements interventions in the plan of care and administers medications with careful dosage checks.
• Provides nursing care to meet physical, emotional, spiritual, and social-cultural needs with a family-centered approach.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred

All Diploma and ADN hires must complete BSN within 60 months of hire date OR have 10 years of Registered Nurse Experience (direct or indirect). - Required

Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing. All staff who have direct responsibility for the care of stroke patients, please refer to the addendum for stroke specific education requirements - PRIOR TO START - Required

Other Graduate from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution. - Required
