Qualifications

• Med-Surg/acute RN experience.
• RN with float position experience as applicable.
• BSN preferred or commitment to BSN within 60 months or 10 years RN experience.
• NLN/CCNE accreditation graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care guided by ANA standards.
• Document patient data, assess and plan care with appropriate multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Administer medications and therapies per policy, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices and participate in staff development.
