Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Safety and Training Manager for the night shift in Greencastle, PA. The role focuses on safety programs, compliance, and training across multiple warehouse facilities within our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The position is salaried with a $75,000 annual pay, Monday–Friday nights, and benefits including health, 401(k), and paid time off. Emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field required.
• 2+ years in training/leadership background preferred.
• 2+ years driving PIT equipment required.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety practices (OSHA 30 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops safety programs and employee safety management systems.
• Conducts hazard analysis and regulatory compliance evaluations.
• Coordinates safety investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinates SHS training and development needs.
• Provides facility audits and day-to-day compliance support.
