Standlee Premium Western Forage is seeking a Safety & Quality Compliance Specialist to serve as the primary safety and quality resource during night shift plant operations. This hybrid role reports to both the Safety Manager and the Quality Manager, conducting safety observations, investigations, and laboratory testing while monitoring processes for quality concerns.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during off-shift hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient basic computer skills and ability to complete accurate documentation and reports.
• Ability to make sound, timely decisions and effectively prioritize work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct safety observations and inspections each shift.
• Identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, and hazards.
• Investigate near misses and document findings.
• Assist in corrective actions tracking resulting from investigations.
• Perform product sampling, inspections, and laboratory testing.
• Monitor manufacturing processes for quality deviations.
• Verify finished products meet specifications and establish quality standards.
• Prepare quality reports and testing documentation accurately.
• Support FSMA, GMP, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Communicate quality trends and concerns to the Quality Manager.
