Our client is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Night Shift to oversee nightly quality assurance activities and serve as the primary environmental contact. The role supports ISO, HARA, and BRCGS requirements and drives continuous improvement across the plant.

The candidate will analyze non-conforming data, lead root-cause investigations, and manage quality records and KPI reporting. Strong training and communication skills are essential, with a focus on food safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent technical school degree/certification.
• Experience administering and leading quality activities.
• Experience with quality policies, systems, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of SPC.
• Experience with BRCGS auditing procedures preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and training skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nightly quality assurance activities and act as key environmental contact.
• Analyze non-conforming data, drive corrective actions, and communicate with production to close alarms.
• Lead the HFI process and manage NCR records, disposition, and audits.
• Assist production with troubleshooting and root-cause identification for customer claims and defects.
• Maintain quality documentation and records for BRCGS and ISO compliance.
• Provide training and maintain records for Quality Technicians and Operators.
• Attain and maintain proficiency in all quality testing.
• Support ISO and BRCGS initiatives through procedures, training, and audits.
• Establish and maintain 5S and high housekeeping standards.
• Lead Quality Technicians/MLT Operators including scheduling, time/attendance, and documentation.
