Standlee Premium Western Forage is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team on the night shift, keeping production moving safely and reliably.

You'll oversee maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, develop a high-performing team, and coordinate with production, quality, and engineering to minimize downtime and improve reliability. Join a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Journeyman Electrician License.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate night shift maintenance operations.
• Prioritize and assign maintenance work orders.
• Supervise, coach, and support maintenance technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and good manufacturing practices.
• Conduct shift handoff meetings and communicate equipment status to incoming teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Coordinate parts procurement and maintenance planning activities.
