Job summary

Standlee Premium Western Forage seeks a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor in Idaho to lead the maintenance team and keep our manufacturing operations safe, efficient, and reliable. This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities on the night shift.

You will supervise technicians, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate maintenance planning, and partner with production, quality, and engineering to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate night shift maintenance operations.

Lead the Team That Keeps Production Moving

Standlee Premium Western Forage is looking for a skilled and motivated Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help keep our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

This position combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities. You'll oversee night shift maintenance activities, support production operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

What You'll Do
