Job summary

Key People seeks a Quality Supervisor for the Night Shift to oversee nightly QA activities at the plant and serve as the primary environmental contact. The role supports ISO, HARA, and BRCGS compliance, drives continuous improvement, investigates quality incidents, and manages KPI reporting.

The successful candidate will lead QA Technicians and MLT Operators, develop documentation, provide training, and ensure 5S and strong housekeeping. Proficiency with SAP and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or relevant experience.
• Experience leading quality activities and enforcing policies.
• Understanding of quality systems, policies, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of SPC.
• Experience with BRCGS auditing preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-conforming data and drive corrective actions with prompt feedback to production.
• Review daily quality records and support process control parameters.
• Lead HFI process, NCR documentation, disposition and rework.
• Assist production with root cause analysis for claims and defects.
• Maintain quality documentation and records for BRCGS/ISO compliance.
• Provide training and maintain records for Quality Technicians/Operators.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Lead QA Technicians and MLT Operators including scheduling and policy adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
