Sentara Health is seeking a Flexi, Night Shift Safety Partner for Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. The role involves supervising patients at risk and collaborating with the care team to maintain patient function during hospital stays.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior healthcare experience or enrollment in a health sciences program strongly preferred. Night shift hours are 7pm-7am, with a flex schedule.

Responsibilities

• Sits with patients at risk of suicide, falls, wandering, self-harm, or other risk behaviours to enable safe participation in care during hospital stay.
