Job summary

IHA is hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist for night shift coverage in Michigan. The role includes ventilator care, aerosolized medications, arterial blood gas analysis, and student supervision. Expect 12-hour night shifts with care of patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Respiratory Therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
• CRT certification may be pursued if applicable; RRT within 6 months
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory and cardiac diagnostic studies.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Disinfect and sterilize equipment.
• Provide bedside respiratory care and patient education.
• Assist physicians with respiratory care questions.
