Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care in an inpatient setting. You will respond to emergency codes, maintain equipment readiness, and educate patients and families in collaboration with physicians and nursing.

The role requires Arkansas licensure (RRT/CRT), BLS, and ACLS within required timeframe; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Arkansas license (RRT or CRT) and BLS; ACLS within required timeframe.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aerosol therapy, oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy and airway clearance.
• Manage and troubleshoot ventilators and non-invasive ventilation per protocol.
• Assist with crash cart maintenance and support patient education.
• Provide shift leadership/charge support as assigned; coordinate with the care team.
• Support emergent procedures with physicians and staff as needed.
