Job summary

Johnson Regional Medical Center in Clarksville, AR is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to provide cardiopulmonary care under the direction of the Respiratory Therapy Director. This full-time shift runs Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

You will administer therapies, set up and monitor ventilators, perform blood gas sampling, and document care in the medical record, while upholding safety, confidentiality, and departmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduate of AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• ACLS certification required; Neonatal Resuscitation certification preferred.
• Three+ years of cardiopulmonary experience preferred.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiopulmonary care per physician orders.
• Administer respiratory therapies and monitor responses.
• Set up and monitor invasive/non-invasive ventilators.
• Collect arterial blood samples for gas analysis.
• Document all patient data in the medical record.
• Maintain equipment safety and infection control procedures.
