Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric and adult patients in ICU and non-ICU settings.
• Lead shift assignments and manage staffing within the respiratory therapy department.
• Perform invasive and noninvasive procedures as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and safety measures.
