Job summary

Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate Night Shift Respiratory Therapist (RT) to partner with our nursing and clinical teams to deliver respiratory care to residents.

The role requires Ohio license (CRT or RRT) and BLS CPR; ACLS preferred. Competitive pay based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, full benefits, retirement plan, PTO and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT).
• Current BLS certification (CPR); ACLS preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or hospital respiratory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and provide individualized therapy per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilator management as needed.
• Document respiratory interventions, progress notes, and equipment use accurately.
• Respond promptly to changes in residents' respiratory status and coordinate care with nurses and physicians.
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper function of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and health practices.
