Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35+ pounds.
• Prior experience in food service operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities promptly to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, carts, or in-room dining tables with precision.
• Greet guests warmly and explain orders clearly.
• Ensure orders meet presentation standards and address guest concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness in room service areas and restock supplies.
• Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines and attend mandatory trainings.
