Job summary

Royalty Hospitality Staffing seeks a Readiness & Response Operator II in Las Vegas to ensure each Robotaxi is safe, reliable, and ready for riders. You will blend hands-on troubleshooting with field operations and customer support to keep the fleet running smoothly.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, sensor checks, diagnostics, and assisting riders during service interruptions, while coordinating with teams to return vehicles to service quickly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fleet ops, automotive, logistics, field service, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Comfort learning new software, tools, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for safety, cleanliness, charging status and readiness.
• Perform routine checks on sensors, onboard systems, and components.
• Diagnose basic mechanical and software issues and apply updates as needed.
• Recover, reposition, and remotely operate vehicles during field events.
• Assist riders during service interruptions with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to return vehicles to service quickly.
• Document inspections, incidents and operational activities.
• Follow safety procedures and standards at all times.
