Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for Cornell 3, a 24-bed medical-surgical unit focusing on GI care. This full-time night shift (12-hour) position offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6.

You will provide clinical leadership, promote safety and quality initiatives, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support staff and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred; RN license required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 18 months of acute care RN experience required.
• Post-surgical area experience preferred.
• Same Day surgery experience preferred.
