Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for a full-time night shift in the IMCU. The unit provides telemetry services with a 1:5 ratio and a strong leadership team. Applicants should have a BSN, an active RN license, and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• BSN required
• RN license required
• BLS within 90 days of hire
• 18 months of acute care RN experience required
• Stroke telemetry area experience preferred
• IMCU/ICU experience preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing care in the department
• Lead safety and quality initiatives under department manager guidance
• Focus on simplifying workflow and improving staff satisfaction
• Contribute to staff development and training
• Ensure Gold Standard customer service within the unit
