The role is a full-time night shift (12 hours) with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 to 1:6, reporting to the department manager and leading safety and quality initiatives.

Requires BSN (or MSN preferred), active RN license, BLS within 90 days, and 18+ months of acute care RN experience.
