Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the Medical Telemetry Unit on the night shift. The RN Unit Coordinator provides clinical leadership for nursing care and guides safety and quality initiatives in the department.

Requires a BSN (or MSN preferred), an active RN license, BLS within 90 days, and at least 18 months of acute care telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• BSN is required or MSN preferred.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 18+ months of acute care RN experience required.
• Telemetry experience preferred in IMCU/PCU/Tele unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing care in the unit.
