Indiana Treatment Centers in Columbus, IN, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, evidence-based medical care in residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, the RN will conduct assessments, administer medications, support trauma-informed care, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with hospitals and families to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment (required).
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing (required).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct nursing assessments and document findings accurately and promptly.
• Administer and manage medications with accuracy, including during shift handoffs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment meetings and discharge planning from intake.
