Job summary

TruHealing Addiction Treatment Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (6p-6a) in a dedicated addiction treatment setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a recovery-focused environment.

The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support stabilization and recovery. Ohio licensure and experience in addiction treatment are preferred, with commitment to documentation

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Previous experience in an addiction treatment or substance use disorder facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of patient health and treatment progress.
• Support patients throughout various phases of addiction treatment, including stabilization and recovery support.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about substance use disorders, treatment options, relapse prevention, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
