Qualifications

• RN licensed in good standing.
• Experience in clinical supervision and staff development.
• Ability to coordinate and improve unit-level care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises delivery of nursing care on the unit.
• Supports improvements to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Provides direct patient care and supervising assigned personnel.
• Conducts performance appraisals and schedules 24-hour staffing.
