Qualifications

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year clinical nursing.
• Gerontological nursing is necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the 24-hour care of assigned elders.
• Implements and evaluates the elder's comprehensive plan of care.
• Ensures ongoing regulatory compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Facilitates effective communication of elder needs to the clinical support team.
• Supervises CNAs, RNs and LPNs within 24-hour teams for the assigned group of elders.
