Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group seeks a RN-Team Advisor to direct and supervise 24-hour elder care, implementing and evaluating comprehensive care plans within an elder-directed model.

The role requires RN licensure (Alaska) and BLS within 30 days, with 1+ year clinical nursing and gerontological nursing experience preferred. Night shift, full-time, with 4x10s or 3x12s per week, based at Seward Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license (Alaska) upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year clinical nursing experience.
• Gerontological nursing experience preferred for essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises 24-hour care teams for assigned elders.
• Oversees implementation and evaluation of the comprehensive care plan.
• Facilitates communication between elders, their families, and the clinical support team.
• Supervises CNAs, RNs and LPNs to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance.
