The RN-Team Advisor at Providence Seward Medical Ctr leads and supervises 24-hour elder care, ensuring a holistic care approach within an elder-directed model. You implement and continuously evaluate the care plan while maintaining regulatory standards.
You will oversee CNAs, RNs, and LPNs in 24-hour teams, promoting professional growth and teamwork in a transformational elder-care environment at Providence.
The RN-Team Advisor directs and supervises the 24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care in an innovative elder-directed care model. Responsible for the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the elder's comprehensive plan of care. Uses established work systems and processes to facilitate quality of care and quality of life while ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards of practice. Facilitates effective communication of elder needs and issues to the clinical support team. Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs and LPNs within 24-hour teams for the assigned group of elders. Fosters positive change, professional/program growth and teamwork in an innovative care setting designed to be transformational in the lives of elders and those who care for them.
Full Time (36 or 40 hours weekly). Night Schedule: 4x 10 hour shifts per week or 3x 12 hour shifts per week.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
