• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at intervals; revises plan of care with the multidisciplinary team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to achieve clinical quality, satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Supports safe, efficient unit operations (10%).
