Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical unit, specializing in urology-based surgeries. The role requires BLS and an active Ohio RN license, as well as valid driver’s license. Day shift, 24 hours per week, on-site in Surgical Unit 2.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• Driver's license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and document care plans.
• Identify and plan nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate responses to nursing interventions and revise plans as needed.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance quality, safety and efficiency.
• Support safe and efficient unit operations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
